Rates When considering your budget allocation for DairyXchange, you will initially select a Sales Meeting Package based on a specific number of Dairy Producers you would like to meet. Open time is also provided throughout the 3-day event to accommodate participants that wish to expand their meeting times. DairyXchange Sales Meeting Package Rates 6 matches $14,000 9 matches $18,500 12 matches $20,500 15 matches $22,500 Pricing entitles the Supplier to: Pre-event contact and private, 50-minute on-site meetings with the number of producers you select; Detailed profiles for all attending buyers; Accommodations for one supplier and private meeting suite; Open networking sessions on site; Option to add additional matches for $1,000 per match (above 15 matches) Meal packages are available for purchase so each member of your senior management team may take advantage of networking opportunities with all participants.
